Raisso is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care for a travel nursing job in Herrin, Illinois.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care
- Discipline: RN

- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, days, rotating
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift Details:-Hours- days a week/ day off will rotate depending on call schedule to allow for post call day offOn call requirements- every 3-4 daysWill float to sister facilities if needed.DutiesAssess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.Participate in continuing education.Maintain complete and accurate medical records.Licenses and CertificationCurrent Illinois Registered Nurse licenseCurrent CPR/BLS CardACLSIntensive Care Unit-Progressive Care Unit-10116Progressive Care Unit Stepdown-10118
