RADIUS RULE: MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
every other weekend and holiday rotation • Float Requirements: To any inpatient unit and to other Central region locations if needed. • On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA • Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS • Minimum Experience: 1 Year Inpatient Palliative Care preferred- 2 yrs MS experience REQUIRED • Charting Experience Required : Epic required • Required Skillset: Med/Surg skill set required, experience in Palliative Care/Hospice would be helpful • Primary Cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg • Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit. 2 RN’s and 1 C.NA per 10 patients. 5:1 RN ratio • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates • Scrub Colors: any color

Shift Requirements: 12 hour variable shifts. days and nights 7Pm - 7:30am
