Position: Operating Room RN – Liver/Transplant Specialty
Location: Cleveland Clinic Florida, Weston, FL

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (3x12s) or 40 hours/week (8/10s)
Charting System: EPIC
Scrubs: Ceil Blue (provided)
Parking: Free in unrestricted spaces

🩺 Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct Operating Room RN experience with a focus on liver and transplant surgeries.
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (AHA only, provider card or RQI acceptable)
  • BLS (AHA only, provider card or RQI acceptable)
  • NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Misonix/CUSA equipment
  • Experience with organ implantation (not just harvesting)
• On-Call Requirement:
  • 1 shift per week
  • Two 12-hour weekend shifts per month
• Floating: Required within scope to meet facility needs
• Block Scheduling: Not available
• Locals: Accepted at the same rate; no radius rule
• Pending License: Accepted
• RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be included at the time of submission; late requests are unlikely to be approved
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12s or 40 hours for 8/10s
• Special Requirements: Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be completed promptly upon confirmation
