License: Active and unrestricted RN License (TX or Compact).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience required.
Certifications:
- Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Preferred: PALS
Charting System: Cerner (preferred)
Travel Experience: Not required (as long as candidate meets skills criteria).
