Job Title: RN Oncology Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: 7am to 6pm (Mon – Thu) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Job Description: - • Must maintain and have a current and valid BLS, ACLS Certification by the American Heart Association. • Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate • 3 years of oncology nursing experience • 2 years’ practice experience as a nurse in the acute care and/or ambulatory care setting • This position provides specialist nursing advice and support to patients, their families and other healthcare professionals following diagnosis and through all stages of treatment. • The incumbent is responsible for providing medical oncology and other infusion treatments and education regarding these treatments to patients with cancer, ensuring continuity of evidence-based nursing care for patients undergoing chemotherapy, assessing health, health related and nursing needs of patients, their families, and other caregivers by identifying and initiating appropriate steps for effective care. “We are an equal opportunity employer.
