Qualifications:

2 Years of experience REQUIRED
1st Time Travelers are ACCEPTED if have EPIC experience.
Locals are ACCEPTED
REQUIRED Certs: BLS

Skills REQUIRED:

IV Start, some non-titratable Cardiac Drips, Telemetry patients knowing rhythms.

PREFERRED Skills/Certs:

Telemetry.
Preferred Certs: NIH, ACLS

JOB DETAILS:

Target Ratios: 1:6-7 (usually only see 7 with last min call outs which is rare but have plans in place to help support the nurses if that's the case)
Shift: 12HR NIGHTS
36 hours, 13-16 weeks is accepted
May be floated to other units with same skill levels or tasks.
RTO: 7 days MAX
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Medical and post surgical patients. Remote telemetry monitoring.

UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, Visage PACS

SCRUBS: Navy blue, white or combination of navy/white
