Job Description

The Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical) provides direct patient care in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN delivers safe and effective nursing care to patients, demonstrating competence, compassion, and efficiency in all duties.

Responsibilities include:

Performing initial and ongoing assessments for all assigned patients.
Completing admission assessments per hospital policy and within established timeframes.

Requirements

Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact state) – Required
Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required; BSN – Highly Desired
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS – Required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience – Required
- 1–2 years of Travel RN experience – Required
EMR: Cerner experience – Required

Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,031.00 Per Week
