Description:
Float to all med/surg units (12 Tower General Surgery, 11E Medicine Oncology, 10W Medicine Stroke, 9 Tower General Medicine, 8 Tower Cardiology/Telemetry, 8 Buck Pavilion Ortho/Neuro/Trauma)
Requirement:
Must have 2+ years of RN Telemetry experience
Need to float to MedSurg units
RN CT license
AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required
Covid card
