Job description
Fulfills the needs of the patients, families, and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.

Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner.
Applies knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
Obtains and interprets patient information to determine nursing needs.
Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including review of systems, with appropriate documentation.
Completes admission assessments within established timeframes according to policy and procedures.

Requirements:

NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required
CPI – Required (Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI With Advanced Physical Skills Training)
BSN – Highly desired
Current RN license in state/district – Required
Med/Surg Experience – Required: 2 Years
Cerner Experience – Required
RN Experience – Required: 2 Years
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
