Weekend Rotation: Every other Holiday Rotation as needed Float Requirements: Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles). Rehab & LTC patients. On Call/Call Back Requirements: None Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS Education: Associates Minimum Experience: 2 years REQUIRED Charting Experience: Epic preferred & Pyxis highly preferred Travel experience : Strongly preferred Required Skillset: Recent LTC experience required. (Post acute & LTC). Wound Care Experience/follow MD orders. PIV Insertion/Blood Draws. Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 20 bed long term and 17 bed rehab *RN Patient Ratio is 1:17-20 (may only be 1 RN from 0000-1530 at times) Scrub Colors: Black Orientation: 5 days total (1 day onboarding & 4 shifts with preceptor)

**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Shift Requirements: 12hr Days
