Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a RN for a Labor & Delivery/Postpartum night shift position requiring MN RN license, hospital LDR/PP experience, and full certifications including BLS, NRP, and EFM.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units of a hospital
• Night shift schedule with 8-hour shifts starting at 11:00 PM
• 32 hours per week over an 8-week assignment
• Weekend and holiday shifts required as needed
• Must be willing to float to the Postpartum unit
• Uses Epic EMR system
• Primary responsibilities include providing care throughout Labor & Delivery and the Postpartum period
• Candidates must be able to start within three weeks or less of offer
• Requests for time off must not exceed seven days
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required
• Current certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, and both Basic & Intermediate EFM (must have Basic EFM on hand; Intermediate may be obtained onsite if necessary)
• Minimum recent hospital LDR/PP experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination required or must have valid medical/religious exemption
