Travel Nurse Job Details

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55426
Assignment Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: October 25, 2025
End Date: December 20, 2025
Shift: 8-hour Night Shifts (11:00 PM start)
Hours per Week: 40
Weekend/Holiday: Rotation as needed
Floating: Must be willing to float to Postpartum (PP) Unit
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2130 - $2280

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Minnesota RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery and/or Postpartum hospital experience
Experience with Epic charting and electronic health records
Required certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, EFM (Basic & Intermediate)
*Basic Fetal Monitoring certification required at submission; Intermediate can be completed onsite if needed
Willingness to float to Postpartum Unit as needed

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units
Monitor maternal and fetal health, including electronic fetal monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Accurately document care using Epic electronic health records
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required
Float to the Postpartum Unit to support patient care as needed
