Job Overview

L&D RN – Night Shift

Option for 36 or 48-hour workweek
3 years of experience required
First-time travelers are welcome!
Scrubs provided by the facility

Weekend Requirement: 4–6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
AWHONN Intermediate (required)
AWHONN Advanced (preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (not including orientation)
Proficient in:
- High-risk labor and delivery cases
- Circulating for C-sections and recovery
- External Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
- Antepartum care and triage
- Insulin drips and antihypertensives management
- Central/PICC line maintenance
Experience handling 100–200 facility births per month preferred

Base Bill Rate: $93.00/hour
Orientation: 36 hours (Non-Billable)
Local Radius Rule: Locals within 50 miles are not accepted

Additional Information

Floating: May float to similar units within scope based on facility needs
Pre-Approved RTO: Maximum 4 days at the time of submittal
Fingerprints: Required for all new Aya direct assignments
Modules: Completed onsite during orientation (Billable hours: RN 4–6 hrs, Allied 2–3 hrs)
