Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring a VA or compact RN license and critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Interventional Radiology (IR) lab setting
• Day shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, 10 hours per shift
• On-call required 1-2 shifts per week and one weekend per month
• All procedures performed in the lab
• EPIC electronic medical record system is used
• Response time of 1 hour required for on-call shifts
• Maroon scrubs provided
• One week of unit orientation provided
• May rotate on-call duties with core staff
• On-call coverage may include weekend and holiday responsibilities
• Maroon scrubs must be worn while on duty

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with IVs required
• Critical care experience required
• Experience with EPIC is required
