RN – Intermediate Care (IMC) / Float Pool
Location: 11116 Medical Campus Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21742
Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

Description:
Seeking an experienced IMC RN to join the Float Pool team, providing high-quality care across Med/Surg Telemetry and Intermediate Care units. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically skilled, and confident managing patients with complex, acute conditions.

Details:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years Telemetry experience required
  • Minimum 2+ years IMC hospital experience required
  • Recent Med/Surg Tele experience in a hospital setting required
  • EPIC experience required (must be listed on submission)
• Ratios: 1:4 – 1:6 depending on unit acuity
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
• Patient Types: Acute respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, severe CHF, MI, unstable angina, trauma
• Floating: Required – between Med/Surg and IMC units
• Immunizations: Flu shot and 2-step PPD required (no exceptions)
