Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Hospice RN for a day shift home health assignment requiring 2 years of experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospice home health setting
8-hour day shifts with required call and call back
13-week assignment
Utilizes NDOC EMR and performs OASIS (Medicare assessment); training preferred
Provide hospice care and related assessments for patients in a home health environment
Participation in call rotation is required

Requirements

Active NY RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Current BLS certification required
Experience with NDOC EMR and OASIS preferred
