We need an Interim Director for Home Health/Hospice. We are looking for someone ASAP with the contract being a 3-month interim role.

We are looking for a candidate that has Hospice experience, understanding of the rules and regulations related to Hospice and someone who can train a new hospice RN. I have also listed the requirements based off our job description.

Education: Graduate from an accredited Bachelor of Nursing program (BSN) or a master’s degree program in a related health care field; or in lieu of degree 5 or more years as a Director in Home Care Services.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current AZ fingerprint clearance card

• Current BLS through the American Heart Association

• Completion of de-escalation techniques program

• AZ Food Handlers Card

• Current and valid Arizona Driver’s license. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Experience: Five years progressive leadership experience required to include previous direct experience with operational and financial oversight of a service line within healthcare
