Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Gatesville, Texas.

RN – Emergency Room 
Location: Gatesville, Texas
Schedule: 36 hrs/week | 3x12 Night Shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN License (or Compact).
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med-Surg, ICU, or ER).
• Strong multitasking and critical-thinking skills with flexibility to float between units.
• ICU Info: Low acuity – drips and BiPAP, no vents

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care across Med-Surg, ER, and ICU settings.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation.
