ER RN Job Details – Lawrence, Massachusetts

• Location: Lawrence, MA 01841 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Emergency Department (ER)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2250 - $2410 per week
• Start Date: October 14, 2025 (Orientation: 10/14 or 10/28)
• End Date: January 11, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a), 3 shifts/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, permanent Massachusetts RN license (required for all Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications required prior to start
• Proficient in managing all ER cases, including pediatric emergencies
• Strong clinical assessment and independent decision-making skills in high-acuity settings

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and manage a diverse range of medical emergencies
• Provide emergency nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and interventions
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training as required
• Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare policies and procedures
