Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU RN to provide high-quality care in a Level III Neonatal ICU. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions continuously.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system (Cerner).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Level III NICU experience preferred.
• NRP certification required.
• NIC-RNC certification preferred.
