7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to join our dedicated team. Our facility features a specialized 51-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, offering comprehensive care to some of the most vulnerable patients. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary skills and certifications to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient-centered care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans and documentation as required.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate and support families through challenging healthcare decisions.

Qualifications:

Required Certifications:

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience preferred.

Unit Information:

Location: NICU

Number of Beds: 51

Staffing: 120 total staff, including 18 RNs and 1 charge RN per shift.

Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 depending on patient acuity.

Dress Code:

Navy blue scrubs required.

Additional Information:

Every other weekend is required. This position guarantees hours for a contract length of 91 weeks.
