Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with various diagnoses including spinal stenosis, PVD, diabetic ulcers, lung carcinoma, and pleural effusions. The nurse must be proficient in cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and dysrhythmia management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythm and respond to emergencies as necessary.
• Administer IV therapy and manage peripheral lines effectively.
• Provide non-invasive airway management and oxygen administration.
• Implement isolation precautions and ensure compliance with PPE guidelines.
• Utilize computerized documentation for accurate patient records.
• Activate rapid response teams as required in critical situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of recent nursing experience in a similar role.
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications in cardiac care are preferred.
• Proficiency in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred, especially for first-time travelers.
