Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470–$1570 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Alabama or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to work night shifts and alternating weekends
Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility (travel nursing requirement)

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and clinical progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
Float to other nursing units as needed to support hospital staffing
