GLC On-The-Go is seeking a LPN / LVN Behavioral Health for a travel job in Adair, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

Psych LPN needed at Adair, IA

Start Date 11/3 for 13 weeks

Shifts: 3x12 Nights with weekends as assigned, every other holiday

Orientation is 2-3 days of 12 hour shifts training until comfortable

Unit / Facility Description:

1 year min of acute psych exp

50 beds Inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for 18+ ages.

Nurse/Patient ratio: 2 RNs, 5 LPNs & 2-3 BHA (techs) on shift as well as CN and DON on units

EMR: HCS - electronic

Required Certifications: BLS and CPI. CPI is taken for free during orientation 😊
