Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical/vocational Nurse Licensed Practical Nurses for contract assignments at a partnering state-supported living facility in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Qualifications:

• Ohio LPN License
• AHA BLS
• 1 year of experience as an LPN
• LPN/LVN experience preferred

LPN/LVN Contract Details:

• $1,040 - $1,127 per week*
• State-supported living center
• This is a group home setting
• Heavy Med Pass
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• AM shift available
• 25-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
• LPN/LVN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
