American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step Down ICU position in Illinois requiring ICU and progressive care experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Step Down ICU unit
• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30
• Patient population includes those requiring intensive and progressive care, including post-trauma and chest tube cases
• Provide advanced care for patients transitioning from intensive care
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team
• Rapid start position with immediate availability

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU and progressive care experience
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Experience managing chest tubes and trauma surgeries
