Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Kent, Washington and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited PT program.Licensed as a Physical Therapist in WashingtonCPR Certified or ability to obtainPrevious experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experienceValid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:
