Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Location: Wyoming, MI
Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The LMSW provides clinical social work services to patients and families in the Emergency Department and across hospital units as needed. Responsibilities include completing intake and admission screenings, conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, and developing treatment and discharge plans. The LMSW collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and supports patients through education, counseling, and advocacy.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2–3 years preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Experience in emergency department, psychiatric, and medical-surgical settings preferred
• Knowledge of adult and child protective services, guardianship, advance directives, and high-risk intervention
• Strong understanding of community resources, psychiatric disorders, and major disease processes
• Experience with discharge planning, case management, and crisis intervention
• Familiarity with NASW Code of Ethics and standards of home health care
• Michigan state license required
