Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team. This position focuses on performing CT scans in a fast-paced emergency department environment, including care for routine ED patients as well as Code Stroke and Level II trauma patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT procedures and experience in a Level II trauma facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal areas.
• Administer contrast media and ensure patient safety during scans.
• Collaborate with emergency department teams to deliver timely imaging services.
• Handle special procedures like aspirations, biopsies, coronary CTA, and brain perfusion.
• Utilize EPIC and Visage Imaging software for imaging and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a Level II Trauma facility with experience in a hospital of at least 500 beds.
• Current ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), and BLS certifications are required.
• Familiarity with Siemens and GE scanner systems is mandatory.
