Shift: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:30 AM – 06:00 PM), Monday–Thursday

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced Level I Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The role includes both inpatient and outpatient cases, as well as support for cardiac, interventional, and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and advanced CT imaging procedures, including abdomen/pelvis, chest, brain perfusion, vascular, and musculoskeletal scans.
Assist with special procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, drainages, and myelography.
Prepare and administer contrast media and start peripheral IVs.
Adhere to radiation safety and isolation precaution standards.
Operate and maintain Siemens Force, Go.Top, and Definition AS scanners.
Utilize Epic for charting and PACS/Sectra for image processing.
Float between buildings and assist sister facilities as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation and holiday coverage.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of CT experience (6 months Level I Trauma experience required).
Certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS, and South Carolina State License (SCRQSA).
Proficiency with Siemens equipment and Epic charting.
Must provide own radiation badge (facility does not supply).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a teaching hospital environment.
Skills in 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement.
Experience with IR/Angio or special procedures.
