Travel Occupational Therapist - SNF & Rehab | Near Waco, TX
Location: Near Waco, Texas
Contract: 13 Weeks | Critical Access Facility
Shift: Day Shift, 5x8s (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $2,300 per week
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist to join a respected Critical Access facility near Waco, TX. This assignment offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in both Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and rehab settings , while enjoying a stable schedule and competitive weekly pay.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in SNF and rehab environments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence and quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic care.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with facility standards and state regulations.
Educate patients and families on therapy plans and progress.

Requirements:

Education: Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current Texas OT license (or compact license eligibility).
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in a rehab or SNF setting preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care skills.
