Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring effective management and monitoring of patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Titrate Heparin and oversee administration of other medications as necessary.
• Perform admissions and discharges, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with team members to provide optimal patient care and support.
• Assist with EKGs and other procedures as needed, ensuring compliance with protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry patients and proficiency in reading cardiac strips.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
