Electrophysiology Tech – BayCare Health System MSP (Clearwater, FL)
Position Overview
BayCare Health System MSP is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to join their team in a short-term acute care teaching hospital. This role involves working in a high-volume EP lab with a daily caseload of 8–14 patients.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years required
- Certifications:
- Required: BLS, ACLS
- Preferred: ARRT Advanced Cert, ARRT R, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS
- Skills:
- Required: Scrubbing, EKG lead placement, recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Watchman procedures, cardiac ablations, pacemaker/defib device placement, paracentesis, cardiac cath lab procedures
- Preferred: PTCA, sinus node rhythms
- EMR: Cerner (preferred)
- Travel Experience: Not required
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
- Flu Vaccine: Unknown
