Training Specialist

Job Location: Taco Bell 1636 Freeway Dr. Reidsville, NC 27320

In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside our crew members, including cashiers and drive-thru staff, while taking charge of training new employees. As the team's go-to person, you will play a critical role in addressing staff concerns and enhancing overall performance. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training: Conduct cross-training for current employees, lead new product or procedure training, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversight: Supervise team members when the manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Actively work to ensure customers are pleased with their experience.
• Leadership: Mentor team members and foster their growth within the organization.
• Standards: Collaborate with team members to uphold service and product standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-shift meetings to align the team.
• Assist in scheduling team shifts efficiently.
• Manage food cost and implement cost control measures.
• Prepare productivity reports to assess team performance.
• Set up functional aisles and dining areas.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy in orders.
