Training Coordinator

A client is looking for a Training Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA. Contract to Hire opportunity. The position is remote but once permeant will be in a onsite rotation (90% remote).
Candidates must live in PA, NJ or DE - commutable to Philly
The role of the Training and Education Coordinator is to provide support to instructors to ensure the training classes are organized and the necessary materials and resources are available. Additional responsibilities include: Serve as the initial information resource handling a heavy volume of user inquiries via the ticket management system. Log and track training requests and document resolution to training requested. Utilize learning management system to record and track training. Perform audits to ensure the employees meet the training requirements. Maintain instructor schedules on the shared training calendar. Schedule web conferences. Verify the availability of the conference and training rooms and makes reservations accordingly. Maintain organized filing. Other duties that match the position as assigned.

* send class reminders
* create welcome letters
* triage tickets for other training teams
* Epic assessment proctoring
