Temporary Traffic Administrative Assistant

We're hiring: Temporary Traffic Administrative Assistant Location: Washington MO Assignment: 57 months (with potential to stay on longer!)

Are you organized, a good communicator, and ready to jump in where needed? We're looking for a Temporary Traffic Administrative Assistant to join our team right away! This role will help cover while our Traffic Coordinator is out on leave, and there's even a chance it could grow into a permanent role with us.

What you'll be doing:

Helping schedule and book trucks
Welcoming and checking in drivers at the traffic window
Handling day-to-day traffic admin tasks
Keeping communication flowing between the Traffic and Shipping teams
Pitching in with receiving support
Assisting with material tracking and consumption

What we're looking for:

Someone organized, friendly, and reliable
A clear communicator who works well with others
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Prior admin or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
