In the role of Tolling Analyst , we'll count on you to:

• Collect, assimilate and manage project-related data

• Prepare constraints mapping and required documents

• Assist in preparation and participation of public information meetings and hearings

• Technical Delivery

  • Query data to provide tolling program trends

  • Create data analysis using Excel, Power BI, relational databases, and other tools for deep dive review

  • Monitor and analyze toll transaction data to identify discrepancies, trends, and revenue opportunities

  • Assess end-user experience for both customers and agents

• Task & Project Coordination

  • Assist with scopes of work

  • Assist with QA/QC processes within HDR

  • Small project support and coordination for toll-related work elements including operations, reporting, project production, and delivery

• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data reporting and analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI, VBA, Power Query, Python

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

• Strong background in statistical analysis, reporting, and data visualization

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

• Ability to adapt to the needs of our clients and work outside of one's comfort zone.

• Experience working with state DOTs, toll system integrators, planning organizations, or Toll / Thruway / Turnpike Authorities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills

• Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
