Full Time / Hybrid

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)

Pay Rate $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities

1. Configure, maintain, and support the UKG ProWFM system. Focus is currently on scheduling, however there are upcoming rollouts of timekeeping, attendance, and leave modules.
2. Serve as a first point of contact for issues, providing troubleshooting and user support to employees and managers.
3. Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure proper configuration and compliance.
4. Daily review of UKG inquiries to a shared mailbox
5. Update training and communication materials as needed for new and existing users
6. Provide one-on-one support and training via Zoom to leaders and managers
7. Communicate issues/concerns to the project team and assist with brainstorming solutions
8. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, and other various matters.
9. Continual support of configuration and optimization projects in UKG ProWFM. Assist with a UKG timekeeping migration project

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in Excel
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

• Payroll/Timekeeping experience
• Previous experience with UKG ProWFM, Oracle E-Business Suite, When I Work scheduling system
• Experience with supporting a shift-based workforce in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Microsoft Access
