What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree, Doctorate preferred
Valid Physical Therapist license in your practicing state
Completed state-regulated CEUs
Valid CPR certification
Familiarity with EMR software preferred
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Dedication to patient success, both individually and as a team member

Your Responsibilities:

Assess and document patient care data according to regulations and guidelines.
Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history and relevant knowledge of diagnoses.
Conduct assessments and synthesize results to develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
Provide education and training to patients and their support systems.
Administer treatments and interventions that align with best practices.
Manage and mentor support staff to enhance patient outcomes.
