Temporary Compensation Analyst (Remote)

Who You'll Work With
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various compensation-related tasks and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
What You'll Do

• Workday Data Management: oversee data inputs including EIBs, corrections, audits, and updates.
• Service Now: Respond to or redirect ticket submissions for the compensation team.
• Minimum Wage Audit: Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure team member hourly employees' pay meets the minimum wage threshold.
• Survey Submissions: Assist with salary survey submissions for multiple countries to Radford, Mercer, and WTW.
• Additional ad hoc requests to support the compensation team during EOY planning.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $30/hr to $35/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
