Cover Letter. Please include what specific course(s) you are interested in teaching.

Unofficial graduate level transcripts will be accepted with application, but we will need official graduate level transcripts if you are selected for hire.

Candidate should provide a list of technical skills in the area of expertise, be able to exhibit abilities in, hand building, wheel throwing, sculptural technique and different surface treatments and should exhibit knowledge of glazes and firing of mid fire ceramics with both gas and electric kilns as well as raku.

Candidates should provide an example syllabus for a semester long Introduction to Ceramics class.

Candidates should be active in the field and provide a portfolio of work of at least ten images and up to twenty.

Provide three references for teaching experience.

Applicants who are appointed to a UNM faculty position are required to provide an official certification of successful completion of all degree requirements prior to their initial employment with UNM.
