Inside Sales Specialist
We have an opening for an Inside Sales Specialist in Newnan, GA. A person with 2 years plus of sales support and inside sales customer service experience with some technical knowledge.
Job Details:
- Work with Sales Support and Outside Sales Teams to configure products to fit customer specifications.
- Research materials needed for customer projects and design build requirements.
- Make modifications to in-stock filtration units, to meet build requirements.
- Provide excellent service and technical support by researching what replacement parts are needed to resolve issues, both mechanical and electrical, for our customers.
- Manage and maintain our rental fleet of filtration systems.
- Work with customers and freight carriers to prepare shipping documents for special projects and international shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation of all products.
- Backup to Warehouse Manager when needed: Prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety standards.
- Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow.
- Proactively provide assistance with tasks and projects where there is a need or deficiency that may be outside of your standard duties.
- Provide a World Class Customer Experience to our external and internal customers, to grow our business and support the local team.
