Jersey Mike's Subs - Immediate Team Member Needed
Are you enthusiastic about working in a fun and loving team environment? Do you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service with a playful sense of humor?
Join Jersey Mike's Subs as a Team Member at our small service location inside Innovation Park on University Oaks Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262. Part-time positions are available for Tuesday-Thursday shifts from 8am to 3pm.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service following our "Mike's Way" tradition
- Prepare and serve food items with consistency and quality
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Possibly handle store opening/closing, prep, and cleanup duties
Requirements:
- No smoking in uniform or on premises
- Adhere to strict piercing policy
- Maintain facial hair within 1/4" length
- Wear uniform in accordance with standards
Qualifications:
- Customer service-oriented and solution-driven
- Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Thrives in a fast-paced work setting
