In this vital role, you will provide essential merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating attractive displays and end caps.
- Resetting shelves with effective product rotation.
- Monitoring inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities.
- Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing.
- Reliable transportation to and from your work location.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
- Experience in leading and training team members.
- Capability to use a smartphone or tablet to track work after each shift.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated self-starter with a focus on results.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team.
- A commitment to performing job duties safely in a retail setting.
