Location: Lexington / Nicholasville, KY | Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax strategy and compliance efforts across a diverse client base including individuals, businesses, real estate, and high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and IRS representation
- Oversee entity structuring, credits, and proactive tax strategies
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring quality and development

- Maintain current knowledge of tax law, regulations, and industry practices
Qualifications
- CPA required with 5+ years in public accounting or advisory
- Proven experience in tax planning, entity structuring, and compliance

- Collaborate with other business service teams to integrate client strategies
- Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring professional development and service quality
Qualifications
- CPA with 35 years of advanced tax experience
- Strong background in compliance, planning, and multi-state tax strategy
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and deliver proactive solutions
