Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality candidates while guiding both hiring managers and applicants throughout the selection process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, reporting, and maintaining open communication with hiring managers.
• Craft engaging job postings, evaluate candidate credentials, and conduct initial interviews through networking and various sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with Store District Team Leaders to create and implement effective recruiting strategies for New Store hiring, including organizing hiring events.
• Post available positions and actively follow up on all recruitment efforts.
• Select appropriate advertising and sourcing methods to attract candidates.
• Prepare hiring proposals and offer letters for both field and support center positions.
• Keep thorough documentation of all recruiting activities and provide required reports.
• Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in partnership with HRIS.
• Build and nurture a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Explore and innovate creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies and stay updated on trends in recruiting.
• Be knowledgeable about legal considerations involved in the hiring process.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Higher education with degrees related to business management preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience required, with a preference for retail experience.
• Ability to thrive in a professional environment and exercise sound judgment.
• Outstanding telephone etiquette and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating necessary office equipment.
• A positive attitude and the ability to interact well with others are essential.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Must be able to see, hear, and speak regularly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to store and distribution center locations.
• Ability to clearly speak on the phone for extended durations.
• Capable of face-to-face interaction for prolonged periods.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety in the workplace.
