How you Will make a difference

• Responsible for working with senior leadership to attract, find, assess, and deliver executive and international talent to Signature HealthCARE,

• Undertakes activities related to executive recruitment and sourcing to meet the goals and objectives of executive recruitment strategies.

• Responsible for all steps associated with sourcing, screening and delivering qualified, diverse US & International candidates.

• Oversee a team of TA Directors to ensure KPI & SLA’s are met and productivity goals are achieved for the team.

• Partner with senior Operation Leaders to develop, define and deliver TA strategies while driving operational excellence and compliance.

• Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate Signature HealthCARE’s Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.

• Manage a small requisition volume typically higher-level roles i.e. (CEO, DON, SDC)

What you Need to make a Difference

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; or equivalent work-related experience may be acceptable.

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, special preference in healthcare or corporate setting.

• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team, even if informally.

• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.

• Must be willing to travel within assigned regional territory up to 25%.
