Swiss Cnc Machinist

Milling CNC Machinist Position  - Permanent
Location: Coon Rapids, MN
2nd shift: 3:30pm1:30am - Monday - Thursday
Pay Range: $21.00-$40.00 (depending on the amount and level of experience)

Summary
The Swiss CNC Machinist operates Swiss CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.
Responsibilities:

• Operates Swiss CNC machines
• Perform quality inspection on completed part
• Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
• Complete tool changes

Qualifications:

• Operator experience with Swiss CNC machines
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop mat
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using a microscope is preferred
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer

• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instrument
• Previous experience with tight tolerance
• Programming experience with Milling CNC Machine
• Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
• Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines
