Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50
Pay Info: $7,500 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two-year work commitment. Non-certified techs start at $24/hour, certified techs at $25.50/hour, with increases based on relevant experience.

Department Details

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:30 am - 7 pm.
Join a 16-bed operating room on two floors serving adult and pediatric surgical patients across a variety of specialties including General Surgery, Trauma, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Robotics, Cardiovascular, Plastics, ENT, Oral Surgery, Pediatric, Neuro, Peripheral Vascular, and Orthopedic Trauma.

Job Summary

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the surgical team, providing essential support during surgical procedures. Join us on our mission to be the leading rural health system in the United States!

• Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures by preparing and organizing instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon throughout the procedure.

Qualifications

Position requirements:

• Graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
• Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry by the start of employment.
• National certification is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply, certified or not.
