Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for cardiothoracic surgery cases
• Respond to emergency and urgent surgical consults as needed
• Perform necessary cardiothoracic surgical procedures within scope of assignment
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care during call periods
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Additional Information

• Must hold an active Oklahoma medical license
• Required board certifications: Thoracic Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Prior experience in 24-hour emergency department call coverage preferred
